Wie oft erlebt man, dass irgend etwas nicht klappt, es nicht vorwärts geht.
Man möchte am liebsten alles antreiben, weiß aber, dass man weder die Kompetenz, die Macht noch die Mittel dazu hat.
Verbal kann man das, motivieren, aber was ist, wenn der Anzutreibende das gar nicht will.
Vielleicht lebt er, wie in einer gläsernen Kugel, oder einer aus der weder er raus noch jemand anders rein kann.
Manche Kugeln sind ja wie die des Sisyphos., der ca, 1400 Jahre vor Christus als König von Korinth gelebt haben soll, so die Mythologie, und ob seiner Weisheit bekannt war.
Wegen Frevels gegen die Götter wurde er in die Unterwelt gezwungen und musst als Strafe einen Felsblock auf ewig einen Berg hinauf rollen, der, wenn fast am Gipfel war, wieder den Berg hinunter rollte.
Als Sisyphosarbeit bezeichnet man eine schwere, nie aufhörende und ertragslose Arbeit ohne erkennbares Ende.
