Manchmal wünscht man sich ein Pionier zu sein, Neuland zu betreten, wo man sich eine für alle zum Wohl bringende Ordnung schaffen könnte, oder auf einer Insel, wie Robinson Crusoe, der sich nur mit Freitag arrangieren musste.
Nach dem 2. Weltkrieg, noch beeindruckt und schockiert von diesem grausamen, viele Menschenleben fordernden Krieg und der Diktatur des Dritten Reiches,
schuf man ein Grundgesetz, bei dem die wichtigsten Grundrechte definiert wurden, eine freiheitlich demokratische Grundordnung.
Dann kamen Gesetze, nach den Gesetzen die Ausführungsbestimmungen, die Erlasse, Interpretationen, Auslegungen aller Art, Gerichtsurteile,
so daß von dem eigentlich gemeinten nur noch Gummi und gallertartige Interpretationsmasse bleibt, wo der Recht bekommt, der an dem längeren Hebel der macht sitzt.
