Quarantäne wird verhängt, über ein Schiff, eine Besatzung, eine Ortschaft oder eine Bevölkerung.
Muss man sich wegen tödlicher Gefahr in eine Quarantäne begeben, wird die eigene Wohnung, Haus, Garten zu einer Arche Noah auf Zeit.
Alles was man darin hat ist das was man zum Leben benötigt.
Im ganz normalen Leben, dem des ” im dauernden Jetzt” , verdrängen die Alltagsprobleme die einer Vorsorge, die wichtig für den Zustand ist, wenn alles nicht mehr normal ist und wird.
Auf einmal muss man sich auf sich konzentrieren.
Im digitalen Zeitalter gehen viele Tätigkeiten zu Hause weiter, man hat nur nicht den Kontakt zu seinen Kollegen.
Man muss sich und seine eigentlich vertraute Umgebung auf einmal neu organisieren. Dieses ist möglich wenn man das Glück hat die Quarantäne zu Hause zu haben.
Ein Albtraum wäre, mit Gewalt in eine Isolierung gezwungen zu werden, keine Zeit zu haben, alles für sich zu organisieren.
Auf einmal keine Chance Dinge zu erledigen, Worte mit den Angehörigen zu wechseln, Blicke auszutauschen.
Das alles nicht wissend , ob man selbst die Quarantäne lebend verlassen wird, keine Chance eines Abschieds.
Aber ist es mit einem plötzlichen Tod nicht anders. Man kann nichts mehr regeln, keine Chance, so wie es ist, ist es. Fatal, unabdingbar. Alles was man immer aufgeschoben hatte, bleibt unerledigt.
In einer anderen Welt kann man nicht mit den vertrauten Mittel der Kommunikation sich mitteilen.
Dinge versuchen zu steuern dürfte schwerer fallen. Dies müssen andere dann regeln und sprichwörtlich: ausbaden
In einem Isolierungszimmer ist man handlungsbezogen ohnmächtig, aber auch bei einem Schlaganfall. Auf einmal geht all das nicht, was man tun möchte.
So könne wir froh sein, in einer Schutzquarantäne zu sein, Zeit zu finden, all das, was im Berufsstress zu kurz kam zu tun, zu erledigen, wieder Lernen miteinander zu reden,
und, es zeigt sich wer wirklich ernsthaft freundschaftlich und sorgenvoll um einem ist.
Am besten sollte man die Quarantäne als Chance eines Neu- und Umorganisierens seines Lebens in seiner “Arche Noah” sehen.
