Es ist alles ganz normal, man fühlt sich wohl, denkt an alles mögliche und unmögliche, lebt eben vor sich hin.

Ein Tag wie jeder andere, man rechnet mit nichts Besonderem,

plötzlich ein Stechen, ein Schmerz, Benommenheit.

Die Gedanken kreisen, bitte nicht, noch  nicht, nicht jetzt.

Ich hab dieses noch nicht geregelt, das zu tun und jenes, und, überhaupt, und ,

was ist, was wäre.

Tausend Gedanken trotz der Benommenheit oder gerade wegen der daraus resultierenden Hilflosigkeit.

Dann legt sich alles wieder, Glück gehabt, oder es sollte nicht sein, zumindest zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht.

Es kann einem immer treffen, meistens , dann wenn man es nicht erwartet.

Eine unglückliche Addition von Momenten, die zu einer Situation führen, die man nie wollte, der Zufall, das Schicksal, Kismet, Los, Geschick , aber alles geht gut,

noch Chancen, alles zu korrigieren, so dass für den Zeitpunkt irgendwann nicht viel Unerledigtes bleibt, und man mit einem Lächeln in eine andere Welt wechseln kann.

Wir leben oft zu unbesorgt in den Tag, was aber vielleicht auch eine Schutzfunktion darstellt. Würden wir immer über alles sinnieren, könnte uns das lähmen.

Ein Blitz, ein Gewitter macht uns Naturgewalten bewusst, deren Auswirkung wir zumeist unterschätzen.

Ist das Unwetter vorbei, oft so schnell, wie es kam, ist es wieder weg, wirkt die Luft wie gereinigt.

Dem Blitz der Natur kann man entgehen wenn man sich nicht in die Gefahr des getroffen Werdens begibt, sondern sich in Sicherheit begibt.

Das Risiko des  Schmerzes, der einem treffen kann, lässt sich nur durch gesunde Lebensweise minimieren, aber nicht ausschliessen,

aber man kann sich mental vorbereiten und in seinem Leben all das vermeiden, was man, wenn es einem trifft, nicht mehr regeln kann.

Und genau das fällt uns Menschen schwer.

Durch Besonnenheit, Meditation, Ehrlichkeit gegenüber sich selbst haben wir die Chance einen Weg zu finden, der durch einen Blitz nicht aufhören muss.
