Manchmal, wenn man sich nicht sicher fühlt oder Angst hat, dass Menschen, die man liebt etwas zustößt, sorgt man sich.

Sorgen ist zukunftsorientiert, kalkuliert voraus berechnend Risiken ein.

Sorgen, für jemanden sorgen heißt auch Verantwortung übernehmen .

Sich annehmen, bemuttern, betreuen, versorgen, bedacht sein.

Viele Möglichkeit für etwas Positives zu leisten, nämlich menschlich und sozial zu handeln.

Sorgen kann auch quälend sein, zumindest für den sich Sorgen machenden.

Wenn man Befürchtungen, schlechte Erfahrungen hat kommen die Sorgen.

Sorgen hat jeder , nur geht jeder damit anders um.

Wie heisst es in dem Song von Jürgen von der Lippe:

” Guten Morgen liebe Sorgen, seid ihr auch schon wieder da, habt ihr auch so gut geschlafen, na dann ist ja alles klar….”

Vielleicht sollte man vieles lockerer sehen, und mit Humor.

Statt “was wäre wenn” ein “es ist halt so”. Was man nicht ändern kann, muss man als gegeben sehen.

Sorgen suchen sich manchmal ihren Weg. Plötzlich sind sie da, nagen an einem, wie Blow up, Pop ups

Lieber die Energie aufheben, für das, was man ändern muss, statt für Dinge, die es nicht wert sind, oder über die andere Verantwortung haben.

Wir sorgen uns trotzdem aber um vieles.

Eine ungewisse Zukunft, was geschieht mit den Ressourcen der Erde, die Luftqualität, die Lebensbedingungen.

Nur sorgen sich oft die Falschen, nicht die Menschen, die gewählte Verantwortung haben, etwas ändern könnten, sondern die Menschen, die keine Macht haben.
