hilflos?

subjektives Gefühl oder objektiver Tatbestand?

Abwesendheit von Hilfe, im Wort steckt helfen und aber auch los,

das Loslassen als Chance sehen,

aber auch die Hilfosigkeit der Helfer registrieren,

die Ohnmacht, daß man  immer dann, wenn man etwas ändern möchte, dieses nicht kann,

weil die Einschränkungen erdrücken, keinen Atem dulden.

Schränken letztlich wir uns nicht selber ein? ,

machen uns selbst hilflos, sind Opfer des Erlernten sich mit seiner Ohnmacht abzufinden,

statt den situativen Wandel als Normales anzusehen und

festzustellen, daß jeder Wandel ein Neubeginn ,

die scheinbare Hilflosigkeit nur eine  von der Situation erzwungene Ruhe ist,

die, eine mentale Sackgasse umgehend,  neue Chancen, neue Handlungsoptionen bietet
