es geht bergauf, es geht bergab,

die Sonne kommt, sie geht,

man fängt da an, und bevor es aufhört fängt das nächste dort an,

und läuft immer weiter;  wo ist der Notschalter STOP ?

alles von vorn? Aber leider geht das nicht so einfach

nur wenn man stoppt, muss es irgendwo anders weiter gehen,

vielleicht die Tretmühle mental stoppen und die Betrachtung ändern,

wie wenn man in eine Gym geht um etwas für seine Gesundheit zu tun,

Spaß an den Geräten hat und gestärkt, aber schwitzend herauskommt,

oder in eine Tortur der Selbstkasteiung geht, sich foltert, nervt, strapaziert.

Der andere Weg,  die Strapaze akzeptieren um zu leben, aber nicht für diese leben,

den Ausgleich der Ruhe finden, ins Gleichgewicht kommen und bleiben
