Nachdenken, rekapitulieren, bilanzieren,

oder einfach nur Ereignisse mental als Film en Revue passieren lassen.

was war, hat man oder kann man daraus lernen.

manche reflektieren nie,

das Leben kommt wie es  kommt,

man reagiert statt agiert.

Reflexion , es steckt Reflex im Wort,

eine Reaktion, ein Handeln .

Das Leben läuft schnell ab, manchmal wie in einem Film,

mit dem Unterschied das  alles nur einmalig ist.

was war, war,

was ist, ist.

Nur die gedankliche Opion der Wiederholung ,

und da ist entscheidend, wie man ran geht,

offen oder schon vorgefasst,

kritisch, selbstkritisch oder

verdrängend, deckelnd, versteckend.

Die Chance ist zumeist  einmalig,

ohne  eine Art Wahlwiederholung,

so bleibt anzupacken statt wegschauen .
