Manchmal schwer zu verstehen.

Man denkt, es denkt, Ich, Du , Er, Sie , Es, alle Varianten.

Das Erlebte, das Gelebte, die Erinnerungen, das Gespeicherte, das Unbewusste und Bewusste muss alles verarbeitet werden.

Man steht unter Druck, gibt Druck weiter an andere,

es fällt oft schwer sich aus der Mühle mental zu befreien.

Freiheit kann grenzenlos sein, aber nur wenn wir uns in unseren Träumen die Freiheit bewahren und nicht von Unterbewusstem gesteuert werden.

Wirkliche Freiheit gibt es nur in den Gedanken.

Vögel keine Grenzen, zumindest , können sie welche überfliegen und sind nicht an die Erdgebundenheit wie wir Menschen gebunden.

Zum Glück kann man in der Luft  keine Zäune  bauen, nur auf den Bildschirmen der Fluglotsen.

Aber wir können die Augen schließen und versuchen entspannt, unsere  Gedanken kreisen zu lassen, Impulse geben, in welche Richtung sie fliegen sollen.

Unbekanntes erkunden, die mentalen Fragmente immer wieder neu zusammen zu setzen…
