Einmal im Kreis herum

es ist immer das GLEICHE

man erkennt ganz klar die Richtung in die man gehen möchte,

dann tauchen Hindernisse auf, Staus, Engpässe,

Umwege sind angesagt,

die dann wieder in eine andere Richtung gehen.

Wie mit dem GPS

biegen Sie an der nächsten Kreuzung rechts ab, gut, also rechts ab, dann wieder links,

dann werden neue Verkehrsinformationen eingespeist, das GPS berechnet neu,

sucht sich die Informationen von den entsprechenden Satelliten,

aber dann,

steht man mit dem Auto wieder da, wo man bereits einmal war,

und das ist mental genau so,

nur,

dass es keinen restart Knopf oder Schalter gibt, um sich neu zu orientieren,

so bleibt nur das“ da war ich mental schon einmal“

oder ist der Restart oder reset Button vielleicht eine kurze Meditation, ein sich auf eine geometrische Form konzentrieren,

um dem Kreis des sich Wiederholens zu entgehen
