Da steht man,
weiss nicht wo oben und unten ist, links und rechts oder gar Norden und Süden, und überhaupt klappt das mit der Orientierung nicht so richtig, besser gesagt eigentlich gar nicht.
Theoretisch könnte man ja Problembereichen eine Farbe zu ordnen.

Erdrückendes kann man nicht einfach wegdrücken, es macht dann höchstens bedrückend und sich verdrücken wäre nur eine nichts bringende Flucht.

Um zu verhindern, dass man vor lauter Bäumen den Wald nicht sieht, sollte das Ganze mit Distanz gesehen werden, einfach alles weit weg denken,
dann mutet vieles so klein und unwichtig an.
So mag es den Astronauten auf dem Mond gegangen sein. Auf dem Rückflug mit der Apollo kam bestimmt der Gedanke, oh wie sind die für uns auf der Erde so großen Probleme aus der Sicht des Weltalls klein.
Frank White beschrieb dies 1987 mit dem “Overview Effekt”.
Sie hatten auf einmal Ehrfurcht, ein tiefes Verstehen allen Lebens auf der Erde und ein Gefühl der Verantwortung für die Umwelt.
Der andere Weg wäre alles immer so zu vergrößern bis es schier unkenntlich ist, wäre ein anderer Weg, die Tatsachen aber bleiben in dem gleichen Maßstab, wie wir sie sehen,
Nur innerlich, wie die Astronauten der Apollo Missionen, können wir Abstand bekommen und all die hochgepuschten, balloonenden und täglich selbst gemachten und verursachten Probleme und Ärgernisse einfach unwichtig erscheinen lassen.
Die Menschen, denen all das so wichtig erscheint, können wir mit einem Lächeln begegnen, dessen Hintergründigkeit sie vielleicht irgendeinmal in ihrem Leben verstehen werden.
