Wenn die Wohnungskapazitäten nicht ausreichen, die Stromzufuhr für den auftretenden Verbrauch nicht ausreichen, das Verkehrsaufkommen sich selbst lähmt, der Müll nicht entsorgt werden kann, reichen die Überstunden der Städteplaner nicht mehr aus.
Gigantisch, einfach Mega, nicht Vega, wie von einem anderen Stern, nein, von diesem.
Überall wohnen Menschen, die Arbeit, Wohnraum haben wollen, leben wollen, sich verwirklichen, Kinder die Bildung brauchen, Nahrung, Infrastruktur die geplant werden muss, Krankenhäuser, Geschäfte. Alles muss irgendwie versorgt werden.
Da nimmt Planung einen anderen Stellenwert ein. Ad Hoc. Situativ, Visionen.
Nicht steuerbar, aber in der Zukunft das Normale, wenn es nicht vorgedacht und vorgeplant wird.
Wenn das Konzept immer nur Vorhandenes zu regulieren versucht, statt Knotenpunkte vorrausschauend zu planen und die Menschenströme in Geplantes lenkt, kann leicht Chaos entstehen.
Statt die Probleme zu lösen, macht sich die Politik über Banales her, weil das andere Wichtige verdrängt wird.
Vielleicht ist es den Menschen eigen, Unangenehmes schnell zu verdrängen, statt die anfallenden Probleme an der Wurzel zu packen und zu lösen
